Susie Levin Rice, President of RMC Property Group, has been active in the commercial real estate business in Florida for 15 years.Ms. Rice began her career as a Commercial Bank Examiner with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In 1989, she joined her family's commercial real estate firm, RMC Realty Companies, Ltd., as a Leasing Agent.

Bobby Eggleston is the Portfolio & Real Estate Investment/Receivership Manager of RMC Property Group and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of shopping centers throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Eggleston additionally acts in the capacity of real estate investment manager and oversees the underwriting, due diligence, and execution of RMC’s acquisitions of existing shopping centers. As a Portfolio Manager, Mr. Eggleston has oversight for receivership work.

Michael Rice rejoined RMC as its Chief Operating Officer in 2009. Michael has recently transitioned out of that role to lead RMC’s Tax Lien Investment Fund efforts and to oversee RMC’s information technology strategy and operations.
