| Bobby Eggleston is the Vice President of Real Estate for RMC Property Group and also serves as real estate investment manager, overseeing the underwriting, due diligence, and execution of potential acquisitions. Mr. Eggleston joined RMC Property Group in May 2005 as a Development Associate where he was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, capitalization, and entitlement, of RMC’s ground up retail developments. Prior to joining RMC, Mr. Eggleston spent three years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers working in the New York City and Ft. Lauderdale offices.
Mr. Eggleston is a CPA with a Master in Real Estate (MRE) from the University of Florida and Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Alabama. At the University of Florida Mr. Eggleston served as President of his class.
Mr. Eggleston is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Real Estate Investment Council (REIC). |
