Elysia Ellickson-Tucci joined RMC in 1990 and serves in the capacity of Vice President – Asset Management for properties in both the RMC proprietary portfolio and for third party managed assets.

She also manages the real estate tax appeal process for over 140 parcels with a combined tax  assessed value of $300 million. In addition to her operational responsibilities, over the 19 years with  RMC, Ms. Ellickson-Tucci has played an integral part in virtually all aspects of the business, including  due diligence, refinancing, acquisitions, property management and year-end billings.
