RMC Property Group personnel, trained in construction supervision, conduct weekly progress inspections on all ongoing construction projects. Contractor draws are inspected and verified, as are the inspections provided by third party professionals. Punch lists are produced at the conclusion of a project and final payment is withheld until all work is completed to RMC's satisfaction and to the satisfaction of the manufacturers, where applicable, in order to obtain unconditional warranties.
