 Bobby Eggleston is the Portfolio & Real Estate Investment/Receivership Manager of RMC Property Group and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of shopping centers throughout the State of Florida.
Mr. Eggleston additionally acts in the capacity of real estate investment manager and oversees the underwriting, due diligence, and execution of RMC’s acquisitions of existing shopping centers. As a Portfolio Manager, Mr. Eggleston has oversight for receivership work.
Mr. Eggleston joined RMC Property Group in May 2005 as a Development Associate where he was responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, capitalization, and entitlement, of RMC’s ground up retail developments. Prior to joining RMC, Mr. Eggleston spent three years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers working in the New York City and Ft. Lauderdale offices.
Mr. Eggleston is a CPA with a Master in Real Estate (MRE) from the University of Florida and Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Alabama. At the University of Florida Mr. Eggleston served as President of his class.
Mr. Eggleston is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Real Estate Investment Council (REIC). |
