 Elysia Ellickson joined RMC in 1990 and serves in the capacity of Vice President of Property Operations. In her current capacity, Ms. Ellickson oversees the day to day operations of the Property Management department.
Additionally Ms. Ellickson manages the real estate tax appeal process for over 140 parcels with a combined tax assessed value of $300 million. In addition to her operational responsibilities, over the 19 years with RMC, Ms. Ellickson has had an integral role in all aspects of a property from due diligence, refinancings, acquisitions, to year end billings.
She has participated in over 50 real estate transactions ranging from acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions with a total value of $230 million.
Ms. Ellickson is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Real Estate Investment Council (REIC). |
