 Jamie Yoakum is the Chief Financial Officer of RMC Property Group and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s Financial Operations.Originally from Ohio, Mr. Yoakum’s career began with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touché (now Deloitte) in its Real Estate Tax Department.
While at Deloitte, Mr. Yoakum worked with numerous public and privately-held commercial and residential developers.Subsequent to Deloitte, Mr. Yoakum worked for Casto, a fully integrated real estate organization based in Columbus, Ohio, as the Assistant Corporate Controller and Financial Analyst.
Following, his tenure at Casto, Mr. Yoakum took a position with Fifth Third Bank as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter. At Fifth Third, Mr. Yoakum underwrote mortgages for a number of national and regional commercial, residential and homebuilding developers.
Mr. Yoakum returned to accounting when he accepted the position of Controller with Euro American Advisors, at its US headquarters in Tampa. Mr. Yoakum subsequently served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Euro American. In this role, Mr. Yoakum had overall responsibility of all accounting functions, financial analysis and fiscal reporting of Euro American Advisors and its’ real estate investments.
Mr. Yoakum is a Certified Public Accountant and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance. |
