 Linda Podlaski serves as Director of Property Management, responsible for the day-to day operations of the property management department. In this capacity Mrs. Podlaski is also responsible for the procurement and oversight of RMC’s vendors and contractors.
Mrs. Podlaski joined RMC in late 2009, bringing with her ten years of property management experience, and more then twelve years of facilities management of a 62 acre technology park, consisting of more than 500,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space.
Prior to joining RMC, Mrs. Podlaski spent eleven years as Portfolio Manager for Opus South Management Corporation, where she was responsible for more then 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space, located in six different markets. While at Opus South Mrs. Podlaski was also responsible for coordinating and overseeing the efforts of five property managers, a full engineering staff, and support personnel.
Mrs. Podlaski holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Eckerd College of St. Petersburg, FL. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Florida, a LEED accredited professional for existing buildings, and she is a candidate for the Institute of Real Estate Management’s Certified Property Manager designation. Mrs. Podlaski also plays an active role in the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and Tampa Bay Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). |
