 Luli Cannon is the Lease Execution/Associate Receivership Manager of RMC Property Group and is responsible for overseeing the negotiation and execution of leases for the company.
Ms. Cannon also assists the Portfolio Manager in the oversight of receivership work. Ms. Cannon has over 24 years experience in the corporate and commercial real estate business.
Before joining RMC, Ms. Cannon served in various capacities for First Florida Bank and Barnett Bank in the Real Estate Management division, serving as Transactions Manager and Real Estate Services Manager for the Central Region of Florida.
In corporate real estate, Ms. Cannon was responsible for contract negotiations, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of corporate owned and managed properties. Ms. Cannon oversaw the dispositions of real estate related to bank mergers including the disposition of approximately 150 fee title and leasehold interests with asset values surpassing $52 million.
Ms. Cannon was also accountable for managing approximately 3 million square feet of space in the Central Florida region, which responsibilities included directing all new site acquisitions and dispositions, lease management, contract reviews and negotiations. Ms. Cannon has completed core course work towards a CCIM designation, and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida.
Ms. Cannon is Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of South Florida, with a Bachelors in Finance.Ms. Cannon is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In addition Ms. Cannon plays an active role in the community through Metropolitan Ministries and the Josha House. |
