New Six Screen Theatre to Open in Ocala
Ocala, Fl. — RMC Property Group has executed a new lease for a movie theater on behalf of the owner of Marion Shopping Center in Ocala, FL, located at the intersection of Silver Springs Boulevard & NE 19th Avenue. Ocala Center 6, a six screen theater, will occupy a 16,500 square feet space. The operators of Ocala Center 6 also own and operate theaters in Belleview and Delray Beach, FL. Opening of the new theater is projected for May 2011. Marion Shopping Center is anchored by Bealls Outlet and Rainbow Apparel.
