RMC Announces 160,350 SF of Leasing Activity

Tampa, Fla. (November 8, 2011) – RMC Property Group (RMC) is pleased to announce that during the months of September and October 2011, the company concluded total leasing volume of 160,350 sq. ft. across its portfolio.  Notable deals recently concluded by RMC include the following:

• Bealls Outlet: Relocated at Northgate Shopping Center in Tampa and tripled in size by signing a new lease for 36,000 sq. ft.  RMC is currently finalizing a deal with a national retailer for the former Bealls Outlet end cap space.

• O’Reilly Auto Parts: Recently expanded its North Central Florida presence by leasing 10,000 sq. ft. at Ocala Shopping Center in Ocala. 

• Stevie B’s: A family-oriented pizza concept, Stevie B’s recently expanded into West Central Florida by leasing 7,600 sq. ft. at Grove Park Shopping Center in Lakeland.

• Beef O’Brady’s Restaurant: Leased 4,100 sq. ft. at Temple Terrace Shopping Center, which is located in the newly designated ‘Downtown Temple Terrace’ area.

With leasing volume during the first 10 months of the year ahead of projections, RMC is cautiously optimistic that the final quarter of 2011 will be solid as several notable deals are in various stages of negotiation.
