RMC Teams Up With Retail Bus Tour

Tampa, Fla. (October 4, 2012) – RMC Property Group (RMC), known for its innovation in capturing the attention of retailers, has partnered with the Retail Bus Tour. Its first guided shopping tour launched today in Tampa. The inaugural tour includes three buses filled with over 100 retail tenants and brokers. The buses will take guided tours through 25 shopping centers in the Tampa Bay area.

“The idea behind the Tour is for brokers and retailers to visit or reacquaint themselves with properties and vacancies in the market, and for landlords to have the opportunity to showcase their properties. This “bus venue” provides excellent exposure to properties and vacancies while networking with the best retail brokers in the market. I affectionately refer to it as a convention on wheels, where we bring the retailer to the opportunity,” states Charlie Boscarino, VP of Leasing at RMC Property Group.  Boscarino continues with “While I have known what a powerful retail presence RMC has in Florida, I always believe we need to invent solutions to effectively merge the needs and opportunities for our tenants and landlords.
