Veteran Leasing Executive Returns to RMC

Lydia Macaluso rejoins RMC as a Leasing Executive after working in the leasing department in the early 90's where she played an integral roll in the development and exceution of the Publix portfolio.  

 For the past several years, Lydia has worked with Treasure Properties focusing on site selection opportunities for the ground up development of Walgreens and CVS stores.  In this capacity, Lydia covered a territory encompassing several states and played a key role in Walgreen’s foray into Mobile, Alabama. Prior to Treasure Properties, Lydia was a leasing executive for several well known commercial developers in the area including Sembler and Branch Properties. 

 Lydia’s focus at RMC will be to focus her expertise on the development portfolio, and a smaller portfolio of in house and 3rd party properties.
