RMC Signs Lease for New Family Oriented Theater in Carrollwood

RMC Property Group and Main Street Cinemas recently executed a lease to bring a family oriented theater to a popular plaza in the Carrollwood area.  Located at Main Street Shopping Center on N. Dale Mabry in Carrollwood, Main Street Cinemas is owned and operated by the same group as the Channelside10 theater.  The new tenant will occupy 20,500 sq ft., feature luxury seating and offer eight screens showing the latest films.  The theatre is a welcomed addition to the Carrollwood plaza that currently is home to Mimi’s, Michael’s Grill, Jenn’s Wine Shop and others.  It also offers a much needed addition to local auditorium space for meetings, parties and special events.

Anticipated opening date:  May 1, 2011
