RMC PROPERTY GROUP BRINGS SHAPES FITNESS TO RIVERVIEW, FL

Tampa, Fla. (August 13, 2015) - Shopping Center adds 134,361 SF to lease portfolio:

Tampa-based, full-service commercial real estate company RMC Property Group (RMC) is pleased to announce it’s been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment of Clearwater Collection, a 134,361 square foot multi-national tenant anchored shopping center located at NWC of Drew Street and US Highway 19 in Pinellas County. National tenants include, LA Fitness, Kane’s Furniture, and Floor & Décor.

The center has strong visibility from both Drew Street and US Highway 19, whose respective traffic counts are 31,000 on Drew Street and 92,000 for US Highway 19. Additionally, the center is adjacent to Brighthouse Field which is the Philadelphia Phillies training site.

Erica Nelson, leasing agent with RMC, will be handling the leasing of Clearwater Collection. Approximately 4,300 square feet is immediately available for lease.

LUCKY’S MARKET COMING SOON TO NAPLES TOWNE CENTRE

Tampa, Fla. (June 17,2015) - RMC Property Group (RMC) is pleased to announce its recent lease signing with Lucky’s Market (“Lucky’s”) at the Naples Towne Centre, totaling approximately 38,300 square feet. Lucky’s plans to open its Naples store, located at 3815 Tamiami Trail East, in Q4 of 2015.

Lucky’s is an organic, boutique supermarket chain that was started by two chefs with a vision of creating a grocery store where food lovers like themselves would want to shop. At the start of 2015, Lucky’s opened its first Florida location in Gainesville and, in addition to Naples, has plans for 2 additional Florida locations.

RMC PROPERTY GROUP BROKERS THE SALE OF A CARRABBA'S NNN INVESTMENT

Tampa, Fla. (May 13, 2015) - RMC Property Group has arranged the sale of the Carrabba’s Italian Grill® (“Carrabba’s”) located at 1751 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL. The 6,115 Sq. Ft free standing Carrabba’s was developed by RMC on a 1.31-acre outparcel to the Lowe’s Home Improvement store. This investment opportunity was presented as an absolute NNN ground lease with no landlord responsibility.

The undisclosed buyer paid $2.55 million, or $417.00 Sq. Ft. The seller, an affiliate of RMC, was represented by Bobby Eggleston and Brandon Eggleston of RMC Property Group.



CHRIS STEWART JOINS RMC REAL ESTATE SERVICES AS THE NEWLY APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF LEASING

RMC SUCCESSFULLY DEVELOPS CARRABBA’S IN VENICE, FL

RMC REAL ESTATE SERVICES CLOSES 2014 WITH OVER $82.4 MILLION IN TRANSACTION VOLUME

Tampa, Fla. (January 9, 2015) - RMC Real Estate Services (RMC) is proud to announce $82.4 million in total 2014 transaction volume. This transaction volume encompasses both leasing and investment sale activity on 1.75 million square feet of product.

The leasing activity was strong with 232 leasing transactions, totaling over 750,000 square feet of production.

Investment sales activity was robust with 37 closed transactions entailing slightly more than 1.0 million square feet. The investment sale activity is highlighted by several key transactions. The $12.8 million sale of the Publix anchored Shoppes of Apollo Beach, a 110,000 square foot shopping center; the $4.7 million sale of the 276,000 square foot Falkenburg Eastshore Industrial Business Park; and the $4.4 million sale of the 66,000 square foot Williams Place Shopping Center.

Additionally, RMC was awarded several new exclusive listing assignments - adding more than 400,000 square feet of product to RMC’s already expansive portfolio.

Development activity is showcased by the successful redevelopment of the Publix-anchored Indian Rocks Shopping Center in Largo, FL. The redevelopment transformed the shopping center with a brand new 45,000 square foot Publix store, and a completely remodeled façade for the entire center. Additionally, RMC continues to successfully develop for a number of national retailers. Highlights include several new Wawa stores in the Central Florida market and a Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Venice, FL.

Acquisition activity was accentuated by the $6.75 million acquisition of a 60,000 square foot shopping center in Palm Harbor, FL.
