Originally from upstate New York in the Adirondack area, Richard moved to Florida 28 years ago. He went to school at the U.S. Army core of engineers, located in Leonard Wood, MO. Richard graduated from North Florida University with a degree in Construction Management. He has been in the construction field over 25 years. He enjoys spending time with family; his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is passionate about hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He loves helping those not as fortunate. He has a strong faith in God, Family, and Country.
