Tenant Spotlight: Homeowners Mortgage
Homeowners Mortgage's Tampa branch, located at The Promenade at 10330 N Dale Mabry Hwy, is a residential mortgage lender office that offers a wide variety of loan programs for home lending needs.
“While we are a subsidiary of a larger company, CoastalStates Bank, we feel like we are a start-up. We are the only retail office located in Tampa, and we are committed to serving the needs of the community,” said George Cooper, Mortgage Loan Officer.
