RMC Property Group Brokers $42.25mm Sale Transaction

RMC Property Group (“RMC”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully brokered the $42.25MM sale of three Publix-anchored shopping centers. The shopping centers were owned by affiliates of RMC, and acquired by affiliates of Forge Capital Partners of Tampa. Bobby Eggleston of RMC and Steven Levin of Southern Management & Development (“SMD”) represented the Sellers on the transaction.

The shopping centers are located in the Tampa MSA, and include the Indian Rocks Shopping Center; which was completely redeveloped by RMC in late 2014.

    Investment highlights include;
  • Indian Rocks Shopping Center in Largo, FL. A 91,237 SF shopping center anchored by Publix, Dollar Tree and Bealls Outlet.
  • Grove Park Shopping Center in Lakeland, FL. A 124,953 SF shopping center anchored by Publix, Bealls Outlet, CVS, and Dollar Tree.
  • Disston Plaza located in St Petersburg, FL. A 123,012 SF shopping center anchored by Publix, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, and Pet Supermarket.
