Kerri Atkins is a Leasing Executive with RMC Property Group and has over 25 years of experience in the areas of asset management, leasing, tenant representation, property dispositions and outparcel sales. Kerri has represented national tenants in the Florida market and has been responsible for over two-million square feet of retail centers throughout Florida.
She has handled the disposition of 20 former CVS properties during her tenure at RMC. In addition to being involved in several dispositions for Publix, she was also the tenant representation broker for Dollar Tree for three years, for whom she closed over 20 deals.
Kerri holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, is a licensed broker in the state of Florida, and holds the coveted CPM designation. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
