Patrick is the Director of Property Management at RMC
Property Group. He has nearly 25 years of experience managing real estate and
property management operations. Patrick oversees and directs the property
management programs and projects of the organization for the portfolio of
properties managed by RMC Property Group. This includes both owned properties
and properties RMC Property Group manages for third party clients. More
specifically, he’s responsible for the properties’ financial performance, and
the overall customer experience when visiting the properties.
Patrick is also responsible for cultivating and expanding
strategic relationships with current and prospective customers through the
support of the property management staff and his direct interactions with
clients. He is responsible for actively focusing on the continual enhancement
of the physical environments of the properties as well as their competitive
standing within the marketplace.
Prior to joining RMC Property Group, Patrick was the Senior
Property Manager at Equity. He oversaw the operation of various commercial
properties, ensuring the buildings’ interiors and exteriors were maintained as
needed. He also strove to create and nurture the client and vendor
relationships for each of the properties he managed.
Patrick is a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management. He is also a Certified Accredited Residential Manager (ARM™) as well as a CPM candidate.
