Steve Althoff is the Director of Leasing at RMC Property Group. With over 36 years, he is responsible for all leasing functions. The company’s shopping center portfolio is a mix of new shopping center developments, RMC owned, and third-party management contracts. These relationships allow us to lease our properties to some of the best retailers operating in local markets.
Prior to joining RMC Property Group, Steve was the SR. Vice President of Leasing at The Sembler Company. While at The Sembler Company, he was responsible for both the property management and leasing functions.
Steve served as a trustee on the Murray Foundation Board of Directors, Academy Prep, St. Petersburg, Florida, Member International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), previously served as the Chair for the Florida ICSC conference, presently serving as the Southern Region Operations Chair for the ICSC.
Steve earned his BS Degree in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa.
