Suzanne Delery joined RMC Property Group in April 2003 as the Construction Accountant. After a series of promotions through the years, from Senior Accountant to Development Controller, she was promoted to Corporate Controller in 2014. Her main focus is to oversee the accounting of all development and construction related projects, maintain bank relationships, and ensure that proper financial controls are in place.
Prior to joining RMC, Suzanne held the position of Financial Services Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle where she oversaw the accounting of two major Class A office buildings. Additionally, Suzanne has held the position of Financial Analyst with Morton Plant Mease’s Primary Care Division, where she maintained physician’s malpractice insurance and oversaw the accounting for the residency program. Prior to that, Suzanne held a Residential Real Estate license with ReMax Elite Properties in Burke, Virginia.
Suzanne has been involved in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Accounting for over 20 years. She is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and exhibits professionalism through her work.
